1. Project Timeline Commitment

A mutually agreed timeline will be set before the project begins, based on the confirmed scope and deliverables.

The timeline is subject to extension only under the following conditions:

Unforeseen technical or operational challenges

Additional requirements or feature requests raised by the client during development

2. Project Closure & Maintenance Terms

The project will be considered successfully completed and closed once the website is made live.

Post-launch, only minor text and image updates will be covered under the 5-month complimentary maintenance period.

Any major changes—such as new pages, redesigns, third-party integrations, or advanced functionalities—will fall outside the scope of maintenance and be treated as a new assignment with separate timelines and commercials.

3. E-Commerce Website Conditions (If Applicable)

For e-commerce websites, only the pre-decided product listings will be added by our team at the time of delivery.

Post-launch inventory updates, new product uploads, or ongoing management are not included in the scope.

Clients who wish to outsource inventory handling may opt for a dedicated resource at an additional monthly service charge.

4. Design Templates & Revision Policy

You will receive 3 design layout options to select your preferred aesthetic direction.

The proposal includes 3 rounds of revisions to finalize the website design.

Any changes requested beyond this limit will be billed separately as part of a new scope of work.

5. Client Responsibility & Delay Handling

Clients are expected to provide timely approvals, content, and assets as per the project timeline.

Delays in sharing inputs can impact overall delivery and may lead to extended timelines.

Delays beyond 30 days from the client’s side may result in project termination, with no refund of advance payments.

6. Scope Boundaries & Customization Policy

This proposal covers a standard website build with:

Basic layout

Mobile responsiveness

Standard animation effects

CMS integration (as applicable)

Custom features such as ERP integrations, advanced forms, booking systems, API work, or dashboard-level customizations are not included in the base scope.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Only integrations with officially supported plugins or apps will be implemented.

If an integration requires custom coding, unsupported APIs, or platform limitations arise, they will be considered outside the scope and quoted separately.

In such cases, feasibility will be assessed, and a new proposal will be shared.

8. Communication & Change Requests

All content, design approvals, and change requests must be submitted in writing (email or an official communication channel).

Verbal requests or informal messages will not be considered valid for any scope or timeline alterations.

9. Force Majeure Clause

Neither party shall be held liable for delays due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, legal changes, or other events beyond reasonable control.

In such cases, both parties will agree upon a revised delivery schedule.
