UPES is a campus where academics, innovation, culture, sports, student life, and entrepreneurship come together every day. With so many stories unfolding across different departments, events, and communities, the opportunity was to create a stronger and more consistent brand presence that could bring every communication under one unified visual language.

Creatikartta worked on shaping a branding system that helped UPES maintain a premium, modern, and recognizable identity across its communication touchpoints. The objective was not just to design individual creatives, but to improve the overall presence of the institution while keeping every campaign aligned with the larger university brand.

The insight was clear. A university does not communicate through one message alone. It communicates through every event, every announcement, every student initiative, every cultural moment, and every digital interaction. For UPES, each creative had to feel fresh and campaign-specific while still carrying the same brand standard.

The creative approach focused on building a flexible visual system for diverse campus stories. From Techno Cult and startup launches to founder talks, sports tournaments, Republic Day, Environment Day, fresher campaigns, and student-led events, each communication was designed to feel distinct, engaging, and relevant to its audience.

At the same time, the overall branding stayed consistent through structured layouts, energetic colours, strong typography, modern visual treatment, and a clean hierarchy of information. This helped the university communicate with more clarity while maintaining a premium institutional image.

The result was a more polished and standardized brand presence across digital and event-led communication. UPES was able to showcase the scale of its campus life, academic culture, student energy, and institutional vision through creatives that looked connected, purposeful, and brand-aligned.

What began as a branding requirement became a system for storytelling. One campus, thousands of stories, brought together through a stronger and more consistent visual identity.
